About the role:
Day-to-day duties and responsibilities will include -
- check_circleCSC - Customer Success Calls – Zoom calls with customers for clarifying their FlexiFunnels relates queries. Helping them to make best use of our product
- check_circleTesting - Complete testing of the product
- check_circleFlexi Chat - Ensure apt and prompt replies are made to the customers as per the company’s working procedures
- check_circleSolve a query in such a way that the same query does not come again and incorporate the solution in our manuals for future references
- check_circleRegular coordination with Developers regarding bugs
- check_circleExplore New Ideas for Support Department
- check_circlePossessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
- check_circleMaintaining a pleasant working environment for your team
For internship:
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: Rs 4000/month
Type: Work from home
For job:
Salary: It will be decided based on your experience and skillset
Type: Full-time at our office in Pune
